What is Astronaut Training?

Astronaut training is a method of intricate and specific sound input to all five vestibular receptors of a child's inner ear.  There are several other auditory and visual sources that work to integrate the vestibular, auditory, and visual sensory systems.

The vestibular system  located in the inner ear which gives us our sense of balance. It works with our audio and visual systems wherever we go. When it is not in sync, it can have great impact to a child's capabilities to organize sensory input, move around and/or pay attention.
