Does Insurance Cover Pediatric Occupational Therapy?
Insurance Coverage &
XoXot - Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Depending on your insurance coverage, you may need a physicians referral. The co-pays, number of visits, and details are between you and your insurance. xoxot - diane has found it beneficiary for both the practice and the child to provide a "Super Bill". A super bill is an insurance friendly formatted bill with the pediatric occupational services listed precisely as insurance companies require. This provides you with a speedy transition for reimbursement from your insurance. Payment is due at time of service.

Pediatric Occupational Therapy Fees

xoxot - Diane bills by the hour. An occupational therapy session hour is 50 minutes. Each case is unique and requires a set of standards for successful intervention and treatment. Therefore we do not have a set "hourly rate" for pediatric occupational therapy. The fees are case by case.
